Exceeding your baggage allowance
Any baggage that weighs more than 32kg / 70lbs or measures more than 203cm / 80inch in total dimension must be repacked into split-up units within these limits. Your bag’s total dimension is the sum of its width, height and length. (L+W+H=203cm/80inch)
If your bag cannot be split, please contact your local reservation office before you fly and we’ll investigate if we can accommodate your item.
We do not accept bags that exceed the aforementioned limits without prior approval.
Customers are advised to also check for any extra baggage charges.
